Bridge Loans are our specialty. These loans range from $200,000 to $2,000,000. We can also provide larger bridge loans by working with other advisors. These loans are typically for a term of six months and carry a reasonable coupon based on market conditions. Our bridge loans are typically provided to provide short-term capital needs and are meant to "bridge" to a specific event, such as a refinancing, larger equity placement, or significant acquisitions of assets or expansion projects.
We work closely with all of our client companies and can usually provide some additional "value-added" through our network of other funders and private equity groups which may contain additional products or services or may become new clients.
Since we are providers of capital and not finders of capital we have a very short turnaround time which in most cases is three weeks, but can be quicker.
We work directly with companies and also with their intermediaries or advisors.
