The Tango Index is based on data collected from respondents from U,S, based Private Equity Groups, Venture Capital Firms, Mezzanine Funds, and fiduciaries or investors of private capital.

The data was collected for four weeks beginning on September 10, 2004, and was done via an email survey.

The Tango Index is updated each quarter. All respondents receive a link to the unpdated Index as well as a subscription to our weekly transaction report which presents recent acquisition opportunities of North American companies with revenues between $2 and $150 million
